The Simplii Sustainability Platform

Simplii captures your sustainability data as it happens, from the systems you already run and the people doing the work, so you always know where you stand.

01The idea

The year builds itself

Entries go in as things happen. They roll up into the month, the month into the quarter, and the quarter into the annual report. It is all one record, so nothing has to be rebuilt along the way.

Front line

Daily and weekly

A fuel delivery, a spill, an inspection finding, a maintenance job. Your team logs these as they happen. Each entry keeps its evidence and shows who made it.

Roll up

Monthly

The month closes itself. You see how it compares with the month before, while there is still time to act.

Snapshot

Quarterly

Emissions by scope, how risks and opportunities have shifted, progress against target. Leadership can read it the moment they ask, because it comes straight from the record.

Disclosure

Annually

The annual report comes out of the same data, in your own structure. Your team reviews it and signs it off.

Where the data comes from

Every system, every device and every function feeds the same record

Systems

Connected, read only

  • Oracle Fusion
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Everything else is mapped in a workspace, where AI proposes each field and a person accepts it.
Devices

Meters and sensors

IoT gateways push readings on their own schedule, so consumption and activity arrive without anyone keying them in.
  • Meters
  • Fuel and fleet
  • Building systems
  • Production lines
Functions

Guided forms

Each function is taken through the part of the record it holds.
  • Production
  • Maintenance
  • HR
  • Finance

feeds

One record

The boundary, the factors and the structure, set once

Every figure stays traceable to the entry behind it.

02What it holds

One record, every format

Because the data is structured from the start, the same record answers the regulator, the customer questionnaire and the executive pack without being rebuilt for each.

01

Greenhouse gas accounting

Scope 1, 2 and 3, market based and location based reporting, emission factor libraries, and calculation snapshots so a figure signed off today reproduces years later.

02

Disclosure

IFRS S1 and S2 modelled across governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics and targets, with GRI and SASB mapped to the same topics.

03

Evidence and audit

Every entry carries its evidence and a full change history, so a verifier can follow a figure back to the record behind it.

04

Entities and roll up

Each entity keeps its own ledger, with no data shared between them. An aggregation layer composes them into a group view, by rules you set. The group submission, the internal quarterly report and the year on year analytics all come from the same spine. Adding a subsidiary or a joint venture is a setting, not a rebuild.

05

Risk and opportunity

Operational entries link back to the risks on the register, so a top level risk traces down to the evidence on the floor and back again.

06

Arabic and English

The interface, the content, the templates and the notifications, with right to left layout and terminology from the official IFRS translations.

In use

A report comes together in days

With the data already captured, each disclosure section is drafted in your structure, from your data, for your team to review and sign off.

03Who it is for

Three ways in

04AI that shows its work

AI that shows its work

Two roles, and they do different jobs. The first, One AI, takes in the files you already have and turns them into records. The second, Simplii Genius, answers your team’s questions about how a standard applies and where a figure belongs. Both work from the same knowledge base, and both leave the decision to a person.

One knowledge base, one source of truth

The worker and the assistant read the same records, the same standards and the same evidence. Every figure lives in one place, structured from the start to IFRS S1 with SASB’s industry classification system, to IFRS S2 with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, and to GRI.

Reports are drafted from that same base, whichever audience is asking: an executive summary, a regulator’s submission, a customer’s questionnaire or the annual report. One record behind all of them, so guidance and disclosure cannot drift apart.

One AI, the worker

Reads your PDFs, Word documents, Excel workbooks and spreadsheets, works out what each one is, and turns them into draft records.

Everything it produces stays a draft until someone accepts it.

Simplii Genius, the assistant

Answers how a standard applies to your situation, where a figure belongs, and what a framework is asking for. It reads your own documents and the published standard, and attaches the citation to the answer.

A claim can then be checked rather than taken on trust, which is what an assurance provider will ask you to do.

Day one

Start populated, not empty

Send us what you already have. A folder of workbooks, reports and minutes becomes draft records before your first working session.

Year end

One record, every audience

The executive summary, the regulator’s submission and the annual report come from one mechanism, not three.

Grounded

It shows its source

Every answer is drawn from your own documents and the published standard, with the citation attached. Nothing is asserted without a record behind it.

Logged

It is auditable

Every prompt is logged with the user, the tenant and the cost, alongside the data change it produced. An AI assisted figure carries the same chain of custody as any other.

05In practice

What it actually does

Anomaly detection
Activity data is checked as it arrives, so a misread meter or a mistyped unit surfaces in the week it happened rather than at year end.
Coverage and gaps
The framework coverage finder shows what a standard asks for that you are not yet capturing, and what it would take to close it.
Risk trend prediction
Risks on the register carry a predicted direction and a confidence level. When the evidence underneath changes, the prediction is withdrawn rather than left standing.
Mapping new systems
When a source system is connected, the platform proposes each field mapping and a person accepts it, so bringing in a new system does not need engineering.
Your choice of model
The platform is provider agnostic. For sensitive data, prompts can be routed to a model hosted inside your own environment, with no change to how the platform works.
