7 Centre

Services

7 Centre works two ways: sustainability strategy delivered by practitioners, and Simplii, the platform that keeps the record and produces the reporting. We work in Arabic and English with companies, government and semi-government entities, and advisory firms across the Gulf and internationally.

01Method

How we work

We work in four stages, and they run in order. By the end of each one, you can do more without us.

IFRS S1 and S2 guide what a report should cover. Our method is how you get there.

First Trusted data
We set the reporting boundary, build the greenhouse gas inventory, and make sure every figure can be traced back to where it came from. Numbers you can defend.
Second A repeatable cycle
We put a calendar, named owners and simple controls around the work, so the report comes together the same way each year instead of being rebuilt from scratch.
Third Sustainability training
We train your team on what IFRS S1 and S2 ask for, the greenhouse gas accounting behind them, and what SASB’s industry classification system treats as material in your sector. Next year’s report is yours.
Fourth From reporting to leading
The data starts shaping decisions, not only the report. You can see where you stand against your industry peers, and what it takes to close the gap.

02Scope

What we deliver

The work inside those four stages, from the reporting boundary through to a published report.

01

Strategy and governance

Sustainability objectives tied to your mission, the internal governance structure, who oversees it, and who owns it day to day.

02

Materiality

Financial materiality through an industry lens, and impact materiality to the GRI Standards, checked against what your peers report.

03

Policies and procedures

Sustainability policies written or updated, including sustainable procurement aligned to ISO 20400.

04

Indicators and baselines

Cross industry and industry specific indicators, with baselines set and first targets agreed across environmental, social and governance performance.

05

Risk integration

Sustainability risks and opportunities brought into the enterprise risk framework you already run.

06

Training and capacity

How the training runs: in person, in role based tracks, built on our published fifteen step guide to disclosure.

03Who we work with

The same standards, read for your context

A standard is written to be general. What it asks of a federal authority and what it asks of an aluminium producer are not the same, and the work is in knowing which parts apply to you before you start collecting anything.

Public sector

Working with government

Public authorities report for a different reason than companies do. The question is not enterprise value but fiscal sustainability, service delivery and public trust. We work to IPSASB SRS 1, the public sector climate disclosure standard, which keeps structure, definitions and metrics comparable to the corporate standards while changing the subject to public finance. We deliver in Arabic and English, comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024 and the national MRV framework, and align to UAE Vision 2031 and UAE Net Zero 2050.

Private sector

Working across industries

What counts as material differs by industry. A metals producer, a data centre operator and a bank are measured on different things. The platform carries 77 industries mapped under the same classification system, each with its own disclosure topics and matching activity metrics, so the questions you answer are the ones your sector is actually assessed on. Your peer benchmark is drawn from the same mapping, across more than 90,000 listed companies.

04Track record

Where we have done this before

We describe our work by sector, not by client name. That discretion is in every agreement we sign, and it will cover you too.

IFRS S1 and S2 gap analysis, regional data centre operator

Scale. One year of operational data, one entity, one flagship facility with portfolio wide governance across six countries.

Scope. From an unmapped disclosure landscape to a documented position against every IFRS S1 and S2 content area, with each disclosure marked as in place or identified for future cycles.

Standard. IFRS S1, IFRS S2, the GHG Protocol, and SASB Software and IT Services.

Outcome. A working document the client uses to guide their 2026 disclosure expansion, including Scope 1 inventory, portfolio wide operational tracking and workforce metrics.

Sustainability report preparation and multi year advisory, regional clean energy developer

Scale. One reporting cycle, a parent group with three specialised operating companies, activity across more than 25 countries.

Scope. From a GRI referenced 2024 baseline to an IFRS S1 and S2 aligned 2025 report, alongside a phased advisory on next cycle areas of growth and working references for tender responses and additional business lines.

Standard. IFRS S1, IFRS S2, the GHG Protocol, and SASB Standards across seven industries.

Outcome. A published 2025 sustainability report, plus a working reference set the client uses for the next reporting cycle: a three year advisory of areas of growth, a tender playbook, disclosure topics for three additional business lines, and a global peer landscape.

Global materiality benchmark for published research, GCC energy and water resilience study

Scale. One research engagement supporting a twelve section white paper. The benchmark is drawn from a classified universe of more than 90,000 ISINs, applied to more than 8,600 companies across six industries.

Scope. From a global SICS classification to an industry level materiality map covering the electric, gas and water utilities, solar, storage, software and IT services, and semiconductor sectors behind the region’s power, water and compute infrastructure.

Standard. SASB Standards and the SICS classification, financial materiality in the IFRS sense. Versions recorded: SICS Mapping Master 241231, SASB Codified Standards 231219 v1.1.

Outcome. A materiality benchmark supporting the paper’s case study section, with methodology attribution to Simplii. Versioned and dated, so it can be reproduced or rerun in a later cycle.

05Pricing

Tailored to your scope

We price an engagement against what it actually involves: the reporting boundary and the number of entities, the state of your data, how many functions contribute, and whether the work ends at a first report or carries into the following year. We price by phase, so you can assess each one before approving the next. Travel and any third party assurance sit outside the fee.
